    Have molding equipments---one Japan Sinto FBO III production line (sand box: 610mmX510mm), one FDNX production line (sand box: 450mmX350mm), one Z148 molding machine circular production line (sand box: 1040mmX600mm), FM148production line (sand box: 750mmX600mm),2 sets 2T medium frequency furnace, 6 sets 1.5T medium frequency furnace, 2 sets sand treatment systems, over 20 sets core shooter, 35sets cleaning equipments for after treatment. One coating production line for surface finish. Machining equipments over 70 sets--NC lathe, miller, driller and CNC.
       Themainly testing equipments are German OBLF GS-1000 direct-reading spectrometer, metallographic microscope, Intelligent spheroidized control center、hardness tester, tensile testing machine，Impact  testing machine、fast analyzer sand lab before furnace, universal material testing machine, magnetic particle flaw detector, spheroidization rate detector and CMM instrument, etc.
  The main products are auto parts, high speed railway fittings, fire pipeline, valve body, agricultural machinery parts, etc ，Exported to the United States, Britain, Germany, Israel, South Korea, Japan and other countries。
